Delete your account on FitAI

At Workout Planner Gym&Home:FitAI, we understand that managing your digital footprint is important. As such, we offer two methods for deleting your account from our app:

In-App Deletion:

This is the quickest and most straightforward method.

Email Request:

For those who prefer email.

In-App Account Deletion

To delete your account directly within the app, please follow these simple steps:

Open the FitAI app and navigate to the Account tab located at the bottom of the screen (1) At the top of the account page, tap the Settings button (2)

Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and select the Delete Account option (3)

A confirmation popup will appear, stating: "Your account and all related data will be permanently removed. Are you sure you want to delete your account?".

To proceed, tap the Delete option(4). Please note, this action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover or access any data associated with it, as it will be permanently erased.

Email Request for Account Deletion

Alternatively, you may request the deletion of your account by sending an email to our support team at fitnessappteam@gmail.com. Please be aware that this process may take a few days, depending on the current volume of customer support inquiries. We are committed to assisting you with your request as promptly as possible.
